Shopping Trip

Hop over to Treasures From our Family to see what I bought or the great things I saw that I want in Canton!  I think I'm going to combine my blogs.  I have a hard enough time keeping up with my laundry, much less two blogs and I feel bad when I don't post on here reguarly, so as I see things, I'm just going to post them on my family blog, Treasures from my Family!

Christmas outfits!

I can't believe, I'm already posting about Christmas outfits, but it's time to start thinking about them! I ordered these Christmas outfits for our Christmas cards last year from DressReHERSal on Etsy. Here's the link to her store: http://www.etsy.com/shop/DressReHERSal

I checked her store again to find a cute outfit for this year and found some REALLY cute ones! The lady was great to work with! She even made the little bloomers for Kennedy instead of the skirt and Kennedy's sleeves had patches of the damask on the elbows.

You can still by the outfit we had last year!

I love this style top! I may have to get my Mom to start practicing on those! Ha!

Speaking of my Mom, she made Morgan this precious Christmas outfit when Morgan was Kennedy's age! Kennedy will get to wear it this year!

Boyfriend Jeans

A friend at prayer group mentioned that she'd seen a few people wearing these and seen these in some of her fashion magazines, so they must be the latest trend! I actually had some the year before last, so I'm not sure they are the lastest trend but I think they are REALLY cute and the ones I had a few years ago are a little big on me. So I just tried to order myself some. Unfortunately they were out of stock! You can wear them with tall boots or flats! What do you think? Our town is a little behind the times when it comes to fashion, so they probably are the latest trend here! Ha ha!

Appliqued shirts!

I love the appliqued shirts from this Etsy store, Modernfrills! How cute would it be to have a pair of pants made out of the fabrics that match the shirts! I have located the pumpkin fabric. It's called sweet potatoe orange damask for you seamstresses! Perfect for Thanksgiving! A lot of these fabrics look like Amy Butler fabrics to me! I love AB fabrics!
For Fall...

For Christmas...

For Birthdays...

For Halloween...

There are many more!

Hat

I've had a couple of people ask me about this hat! It has three crosses on it... bright yellow, leopard, and hot pink! I got it at a store in town called Rhinestone Ranch! It was $22! The also have camo hats with large pink Peace signs! It came in handy on this night when I had been cleaning all day and had to shower quickly and didn't have time to fix my hair! :)

Turkey Day outfits!

* Edit- Whoops! I put these links on last night and had to edit my html to rearrange pictures and they must have gotten deleted. I wanted to share with you two of my blogger friends etsy stores. One of my fellow coaches wives, Mom has a new etsy store... bcreativedesigns. She has some cute outfits that are very reasonably priced. Also, Leslie has a new store with some super cute hair clips and flower hair clips on beanies. Check them out!
Oh' my! Are these Thanksgiving outfits from sweetplume on Etsy not the cutest ever! This one is pricey and out of my budget, but... this one is on sale and Morgan and Kennedy could both wear it (hand me downs) is what I'm thinking! Ha!

I think this is precious too! It's from AmybugsOriginalStyle on Etsy! I couldn't get the hyperlink to work!

This bow is precious and only $3.50! Click on picture to get to store!

And if you are into bigger bows, this one is soooo cute! Click on picture to get to store!

Another favorite

I love these two stores on e-bay. je*designs for Morgan (2t plus I think) and matching outfits at kbmillz for Kennedy (0-2t). These are two of the outfits I have bought from there for my girls! They start out at 11.99 and if you are patient you usually won't have to pay much more b/c if you don't win one bid, they'll put another one up the minute the bid closes and they are only 1 day bids, so you don't have to wait 5-7 more days for your chance to win! Don't y'all be bidding against me though! Ha! :) I think the outfits are very boutique looking but not boutique pricey! :)

Some of my RELIABLE favorites on e-bay and etsy

I have bought almost 300 items on e-bay and never had a problem and used pay pal even more than that, but I recently had my first problem! Do you remember the cute football overalls I ordered for my girls? I never recieved them. I waited patiently, contacted the seller, and finally filed a non-received item with pay pal. Unfortunately, pay pal ruled in my favor, but was not able to retrieve the money from the seller's account. I have a feeling she closed it! My bank did give me credit when I called them though, so that was good.
I always check seller's ratings, but there are always exceptions I guess. With that being said, I did want to share a few of the places that I have bought from repeatedly and have been extremely pleased with.

JBows... I have bought almost all of my girls bows from here (since we moved from Wichita Falls and I can't go to Morath Originals)! I love how they are layered and funky! They are also stiff and hold up well! Here's my latest purchase from JBows on E-bay... a halloween bow to match this Halloween outfit from Target (don't you love Target's $4 a piece sets).

I ordered the large bow for Morgan a a set of pig tail toddler bows that are the same but about 3" wide instead of 4-5". Kennedy probably won't be able to wear pig tails this year, but next year she will!

ButterflyGems on Etsy... I have also bought Morgan some little bracelets and necklaces from ButterflyGems and recently bought her this bracelet to go with the outfit from Target as well. I have been very pleased with them!

A little shopping!

When we were little, it seemed like we went clothes shopping twice a year... before school started and in the spring. I don't do that! I start shopping for winter clothes in August so that I can buy a few every month and vise versa for spring/summer clothes. Today we went to Target and Dillards to see if they had any cute outfits for Morgan. I must have been in an animal print kind of mood, b/c everything I bought was animal print.

I couldn't resist these adorable boots!

I thought this was pretty cute for Kennedy and since it matches the boots... Morgan's clothes... it's getting really hard to find cute things, but I think this will look cute with some black tights and leopards mary janes or tall black boots!
And this coat was really cute on Morgan.

Fall outfits

This is my favorite time of year! It's fall, it's football season, and soon it will start getting a little cooler. I want to order my girls some matching fall dresses. I love the Halloween ones, but in an effort to save money and allow them to wear them a little longer, I think I will order one with a pumpkin on it so that it will last through Thanksgiving. Here are 3 I found on Etsy that I love!

From tatortotsboutique
This one is cute and perfect for a UT football game as well! It could be worn year round! TheDixiePixie
PattieCakePretties

Which one is your favorite? Are any of you obessessed with Etsy like I am? I rarely buy anything but I could search for hours! :)

Cupcakes

I heart cupcakes! I almost made Kennedy's first birthday party a cupcake party! Instead it was a zebra party b/c she already had an outfit but how cute would it be to have a cupcake party and wear some of this cute stuff... (I found all of this on Etsy or Ebay).

hair clip

Lil Bug clothing is one of my favorite places to buy these types of outfits. The brown and white damask outfit with M & K monogrammed on it on TFMF blog came from Lil Bug.

We are headed to DFW for some shopping this weekend! I hope I can show you lots of fabulous finds when I get back!

I'll take one of each please!

* I think if you do a search for sweetplume you can find the seller. For some reason I am not able to copy and paste the url onto my blog.
Found my cord... Kennedy's bib....
I love these peasant tops and ruffle pants from Sweet Plume on Etsy! So cute!

And this dress from Sweet Plume ADORABLE!
I just had this bib made from bloomingbabies on etsy in purple with ACU and Kennedy! I got it today and it's so cute, but Kennedy had my camera cord earlier today and I can't find it! :)

I love this from Palm Tree Princess

and this too!

And if you love to sew, you can find a pattern and make similar outfits for cheaper! Mom, are you ready to sew? :)
